Resetting a password

We do NOT store end user passwords. We can NOT recover your password, we can only reset them.

Most of our systems have a “reset my password” option with the most common recovery method being email.

CPanel customer administrator: <yourdomain.com>/cpanel

If you need to reset a password and cannot self-service then please submit a ticket and expect a verification challenge.
