Connecting to Hosted Exchange
This guide is for users of our hosted Exchange service looking to setup new devices.
If you have been assigned a password the first thing you should do is reset it.
go to https://exch-array.radishnetworks.com/owa and sign in with your provided password. On this site you will be able to reset your password. Make sure you try it with OWA first to make sure you’ve got it down!
Instructions for Outlook
For most customer domains it will be as easy as entering your username and password! If it is not this easy then chances are your computer will require remote support. Please submit a ticket.
Instructions for Mobile
When adding a new account or email service ensure that you choose Exchange. For most customer domains it will be as easy as entering your username and password.
If your mobile application is unable to automatically detect your server type then use the following information:
username: <your provided username>
password: <your password>
server: exch-array.radishnetworks.com
domain: leave blank
client certificates: not required
