Reporting an issue

Our goal is that we have accurate reporting through every step between the breakdown and the resolution.

 Instructions

Tickets can be submitted through our customer specific web portal or via email

  1. Send an email to helpdesk@radishnetworks.com

  2. Unless you specifically request a phone call we will communicate back via email.

Please send your issue email from your @company.com address!

If you use your gmail or hotmail address then it will not be associated with your organization and it may take longer for us to get back to you

Please use the subject field to describe the issue.

“Can’t log in to VPN” is much more informative than “Help”

Attach screenshots and provide as much detail as you can in the message body. We can solve a lot of issues without disrupting you but only if we know exactly what the issue is.
