Tickets can be submitted through our customer specific web portal or via email

  1. Send an email to helpdesk@radishnetworks.com

  2. We associate domains with specific customers so please send your issue email from your @company.com address

  3. Please use the subject field to describe the issue. We use the subject field for billing.

  4. Use the message body to provide more details. Attaching a screenshot often makes our job easier!
